Why is polymer important?
Why is polymer important?
Each of the tiny molecules which take part in the polymerization reaction is called a monomer. When many monomers join one another, the polymer is formed. Many polymers are produced naturally, such as cellulose and starch in plants. Protein is a polymer of amino acid.
Astringent juice of rubber tress is a natural polymer. In the present wold, synthetic polymers like plastic are widely used to produce various products like pots for keeping foods, packets, ballpens, chairs, tables, motor parts, water tanks, bowls, buckets, mugs, etc. This is polymers are important.
