Why do the cells of multicellular organism are called eukaryotic cell?

Eukaryotic cells contain a well-developed nucleus, which means nuclear materials are well arranged and surrounded by a nuclear membrane. Chromosomes in this cell contain DNA, protein, histone, and other components. The cells of a multicellular organism have these features and this is why they are named as eukaryotic cells.
