The differences between angiography and angioplasty.

 An angiogram is a test to find out which arteries supplying the heart have become narrowed. An angiogram uses X-rays to show 'route maps' of blood vessels and arteries in the heart.

On the other hand, angioplasty is a procedure to expand narrow arteries that may follow on from an angiogram.
