Chemical equilibrium is always dynamic-explain it.

In a reversible reaction, if the rate of forward reaction and backward reaction becomes equal, it is said to have reached a state of equilibrium. Since at the state of equilibrium, the rate of the forward reaction and the backward reaction remains equal, the reactions appear to have come to a halt. But the reactions actually remain ongoing at equal rates. Hence, it can be said that chemical equilibrium is dynamic.
