A fever-attracted person feels cold but another person feels him hot, why?

The body temperature of a fever-affected person is greater compared to that of his surroundings. So, heat flows from his body to the environment and he feels cold.

Again, the body temperature of a normal person is less than that of a fever-affected person and that's why he (the normal person) feels the fever-affected person hot.
