What is communism?
Communism is a political and economic ideology that advocates for the abolition of private property and the establishment of a classless society in which all property, resources, and means of production are owned and controlled by the community as a whole, rather than by individuals. The ultimate goal of communism is to create a society where there are no differences in wealth or social status and where everyone works for the common good. The theory of communism was first developed by German philosopher Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels in the mid-19th century and has since been implemented in various forms in various countries, with varying levels of success.
